Mayuree Designs ("we", "us") is based in Samayapuram, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use mayureedesigns.in, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Information We Collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you create an account or place an order.
- Order details, such as items, sizes, amounts and order status.
- Details you send us in enquiry forms or emails, including insurance enquiries.
- For insurance applications: your date of birth, photo and copies of identity documents (such as Aadhaar and PAN) that you choose to upload. These are stored privately, used only to process your application, and are visible only to our authorised staff.
- For insurance agents: your name, email and phone, and the policyholder details (such as name, phone, policy number and renewal dates) that you upload to manage your customers. Each agent can see only their own policyholders.
- For merchants: your business name, contact person, email, phone and address, and the products you list. For orders that include your products, we share the customer's name, phone and delivery address with you only so that you can deliver the order.
- For doctors: your name, contact details, qualification, medical registration number and certificates. Certificates are stored privately and seen only by our review team. Your name, photo, speciality, qualification, experience, fee, timings and registration number are shown to patients. Your phone number and email are not.
- For patients: the details you give when booking a doctor (name, age, gender, phone and reason for the visit) and the health records you choose to upload. Records are stored privately. They are shared only with the doctor you choose for a booked appointment, and you can delete them at any time. Our administrator can open them only where needed to run or protect the service.
- For video consultations: the call is provided through the Jitsi video service, so the audio and video pass through its servers. We do not record consultations, and we ask everyone not to record them either.
- For payments: consultation fees are paid through Razorpay. You enter your card, UPI or bank details on Razorpay's page, and we do not see or store them. We keep only the amount, the time and a payment reference.
- For land and plot enquiries: your name, phone number, where you live, what you are looking for and how serious you are, the exact consent you gave, when you gave it, and your connection address as proof. With your consent, we share these with real estate agents and sellers in the area you choose, and with loan partners if you ask for help with a loan. If you choose promotions, we may send you updates. You can withdraw your consent at any time by calling 8778306117.
- Basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, and session cookies that keep your cart and login working.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, deliver and track your orders.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To help you with insurance-related enquiries you send us.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
Payments
Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on the gateway's secure page. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to serve you: with delivery partners to ship your order, with our payment gateway to process payments, and with the relevant insurer when you ask us to help with an insurance enquiry. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
